PARTNERSHIP & PAYMENT
- Partnership fees with SimpleMeals are only 15% of total food sales.
- Processing fees directly with Stripe are 2.9% + $0.30 (per transaction) of total food sales.
- Payments are deposited directly to your bank account 2 business days after purchase.
Customer disputes and refunds are handled by the restaurant. Restaurant will be able to process refunds / cancelations directly though the SimpleMeals platform. In extreme circumstances SimpleMeals reserves the right to cancel sales or process refunds.
SimpleMeals will market and promote your restaurant and meal kits to our network of customers and social media influencers. Occasionally we will send a meal kits to our contacts for awareness and exposure. Let us know if we can count on you for an occasional free kit every month for the purposes of publicity.
