SimpleMeals works with Knock Knock, a local delivery service who works with trained drivers to delivery your meal kits. Some restaurants may handle their own delivery as well. Did you know you can also pick up your orders? You can select this upon checkout.
Restaurants will mark a completed meal kit as READY. Once this happens you will be notified and asked to provide SimpleMeals with a 2 hour delivery window for a driver to bring you your meal kit.
Delivery fees are subject to change but they currently run at $14.99. As more restaurants are added and logistics becomes more efficient, rates may drop and we’ll be sure to pass on those savings to you. Did you know you can also pick up your orders? You can select this upon checkout.

Conveniently log in to your SimpleMeals account and navigate through the dashboard where your order history will be displayed. Click the reorder button on the order you would like to repeat.
Check off any dietary restrictions when selecting a meal kit option. Please note not all meal kit options can be adjusted to meet all dietary restrictions.
